*If there is no Director assigned to an area there will be a (regional) virtual competition held to determine a winner in each division OR there will be an option to upgrade to the next level of title holding where the delegate may pay the difference of title registration and move on to compete at the next level of competition. 

 

*City titleholders are only allowed to compete at the state level, state titleholders are only allowed to compete at the national level, national titleholders are only allowed to compete at the international level. Delegates are only ever allowed to compete at the international level ONE TIME EVER in their lifetime in each division they qualify for.
